How do you transition from one nap schedule to the next? For example, from the 3 month schedule to the 6 month schedule?
Hi there!
Thank you so much for reading!
You can google what your baby’s wake window should be for their age. From there I watch for signs of readiness to transition their nap schedules. Typically if they fight their nap for more than 1 week I will go ahead and move it back 30 mins. If they start sleeping longer stretches at night, or seem to be staying awake well during the day I will slowly start pushing their lay down time back, until the nap is cut out! ❤️❤️
I hope that helps you! Let me know if you have anymore questions!
