7:30 a.m . – Wake up

8:30 – 11:30 – Nap

12:30-2:00 – Nap

3:00-5:00 – Nap

6:00- 8:00 – Nap

9:30: Bedtime

6 months

(Wake Time Between Naps 2 hours – 2.5 hours)

6:30 – Wakeup

8:30-10:00 – 1st nap

12-1:30 – 2nd nap

4:00-5:00 (usually try to keep it a shorter nap)

7:30 – Bedtime

9 months

(Wake Time Between Naps 3 hours)

6:30 – Wake Up

9:30 – 11:30 – nap

2:30-3:30 (4ish) Nap

7:20 – Bedtime

12 months

(Wake Time Between Naps 4 hours)

6:30 a.m. – Wake Up

10:30 – 12:30 – Nap

4:00 – 5:00 – Short Nap

7:20 – Bedtime

15 Months:  Transitioning from 1 nap to 2 naps

24 Months (current)

11:50 – 2:30 : Nap

8:15 : Bedtime
